Alien Speed! (“the App”) is developed and published by Jason Marks (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, device identifiers, location data, advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or any other data from your device. All gameplay runs entirely on your device.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or social-media services.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Because the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information (such as download counts and crash logs) governed by Apple's own privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. We do not receive personally identifiable information from Apple.
If this policy changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the new policy at the same URL.
